LEADERSHIP MILES CITY 2021-2022

Leadership Miles City was designed to be a community-based leadership education program for the citizens of Custer County.
Program Goals
• Identify, educate, and motivate emerging leaders to serve.
• Expanded awareness and understanding of county’s needs and resources.
• Develop social capital among class participants.
Participant’s Perspective
Learn – Broaden your understanding and appreciation of issues and opportunities within Custer County and how you can personally benefit from being involved.
Engage – Experience our community through innovative, fun, interactive sessions at various venues throughout the county.
Develop – Stretch yourself as an individual to enhance your overall leadership skills.
Connect – Establish relationships with a diverse group of people you otherwise might not have met, to develop friendships and working partnerships.
Act – make a difference. Develop a personal commitment to become involved with projects and organizations in your community.
Program Logistics
Sessions: The 2021-2022 Miles City Leadership program will start September 21st in Miles City and include eight sessions September, October, November, (no December), January, February, March, April, with graduation in May. Each session will run approximately from 8 AM – 4 PM. Participants are expected to attend and actively participate in a minimum of SIX sessions. Sessions will be hosted and held at different locations throughout Miles City.
Cost: The program cost is $125 per participant.
